Start with figuring out what you want to do exactly (desktop? mobile? which platforms?) and install only the package you actually need. You also have two versions of Qt there 5.7 and 5.8.Īll this is getting you nowhere and wastes a lot of your time and hard drive space. Run the Visual Studio installer again and make sure you select C++ components.Īs for Qt - you installed Qt packages for all the supported versions of Visual Studio so to make them all usable you'd have to install Visual Studio 20.
How did you install Visual Studio? Have you selected C++ components during installation or just went with the defaults? If I remember correctly VS installer does not have C++ selected by default (only the C#/.Net stuff). Online compilers can be useful tools to quickly compile a snippet of code without having to install a proper compiler on our computer. MSVC supports the predefined preprocessor macros required by the ANSI/ISO C99, C11, and C17 standards, and the ISO C++14, C++17, and C++20 standards. The C++ compiler is missing (it's cl.exe). The Microsoft C/C++ compiler (MSVC) predefines certain preprocessor macros, depending on the language (C or C++), the compilation target, and the chosen compiler options. There should be a lot more files and folders in that directory. The Visual C++ installation directory doesn't look healthy. You don't know what you want to do?
